A copy of each of the following documents should be included with the application for ALL students:

نسخة عن جواز ولي الأمر أو الوصي الشرعي.
نسخة عن جواز الطالب.
نسخة عن إقامة ولي الأمر أو الوصي الشرعي سارية المفعول.
A copy of the students’s valid iqama (resident permit).
نسخة من شهادة ميلاد الطالب.
A copy of the student’s vaccination certificate
All academic reports, transcripts and transfer certificate from previous school(s)
attended.
Approval for attending school from the Ministry of Education.
شهادة براءة ذمة مالية من المدرسة السابقة.
رسالة تعريف من صاحب عمل ولي الأمر/الوصي.
4 صور شخصية بحجم جواز السفر للطالب.

Acceptance and registration may be dependent on an entry assessment to ensure that Leadership – Leadership International School is able to support the learning requirements of your child and one month trial observation & baselines assessments and IEP Setting.
